We are hiring 📣Executive PA & Studio Manager Location: Hammersmith, London, UK Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based Salary: Competitive Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Executive PA & Studio Manager to provide high-level support to the Founders and Directors of Bergman Design House. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position will involve executive-level PA responsibilities, office management, and HR duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our London studio. Executive PA Duties: Extensive diary and email inbox management – Coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones and ensuring efficient communication. Liaising with clients on behalf of the Founders and Directors – Representing the company with professionalism and maintaining high-level client relationships. Acting as a gatekeeper – Managing and prioritizing requests, handling inquiries, and ensuring time is utilized efficiently. Adding contacts to the internal database as needed – Keeping client and supplier records updated. Assisting with new starters – Supporting onboarding, coordinating introductions, and ensuring new employees have all necessary tools. Keeping ‘Work in Progress’ data sheets up to date – Tracking project progress and ensuring accurate reporting. Creation of presentations for client pitches – Preparing high-quality, visually compelling presentations. Booking international travel and organising all elements for business trips – Arranging flights, accommodations, itineraries, and meeting schedules for the Founders and Directors. Studio Management Duties: Ensuring the office is presentable and well-maintained – Managing office supplies, overseeing cleanliness, and creating a welcoming and professional environment. HR duties – Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. Supporting well-being initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Front of office duties – Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, managing reception duties, handling calls, and coordinating meeting room bookings. Supporting day-to-day studio operations – Overseeing office logistics, managing suppliers, and ensuring an efficient workflow within the team. Who You Are: A highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with high-profile clients. Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other relevant administrative tools. Experience in the interior design, architecture, or luxury industry is a plus.
