💼 Berkley work placements 💼 📚 Yesterday, Cedar Mews welcomed 21 Adult Nursing Care students from Leicester College as part of our commitment to inspire the next generation of caregivers. At Berkley, we believe in providing real-world experience, and we’re thrilled that many of our current staff began their journey exactly this way. 🥰 Our guests were surprised—and excited—to see how warm, active, and engaging life in a care home can be. It’s all about breaking the outdated stereotypes, and today, we did just that! 🍭 One thoughtful student, Tara, even brought sweets for the residents, a small gesture that brightened everyone’s day. Special thanks to Tara, her tutor Michaela, and all the students for making this such a memorable visit! 💫 Here’s to inspiring future caregivers!
