A really insightful few days at brightonSEO last week! I had the opportunity to attend a Conversion Rate Optimisation session, led by Duncan Heath, and it was packed with practical takeaways that can make a real difference. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: The simplicity and power of remote user testing and user testing scripts. With well-crafted scripts focused on realistic tasks and scenarios, you can uncover clear, actionable insights: ✅ Understand where users encounter friction on a website ✅ See what draws their attention ✅ Discover how they navigate challenges These insights are invaluable for refining user experience and boosting conversions. The conference sessions also provided plenty of food for thought, covering everything from the role of AI in SEO to pragmatic link-building strategies and the importance of intent-driven content.
