So impressive we created a job for her rather than seeing her go elsewhere! She’s always striving to do better and has an infectious positivity that since day 1 has helped not just our team but the clients, people naturally warm to her, so much so when they can’t remember her name she is dubbed the tall friendly one! You just need to ensure she’s fuelled on coffee and keep an unhealthy amount of snacks nearby to keep gremlin Holly at bay haha. - Dan, BBA Founder We asked Holly Thacker... 🔷 What do you do at BBA? As a Group Travel and Events Coordinator, I specialize in crafting unforgettable offsite and group travel experiences. From curating the perfect package to guiding clients through the planning process and hosting their events, I ensure every detail runs seamlessly. My goal is to create worry-free experiences where groups can immerse themselves in adventure, creativity, and connection. 🔷 What's your favourite part of your job? The favourite part of my job is sharing the outdoors and new destinations with clients. Experiencing nature is so good for our mental and physical health and I love hearing how much it has made a difference to people who spend so much of their time behind a screen. 🔷 Tell us a fun fact about yourself! When I started this job, I was scared of heights, but I’ve been consistently challenging myself to conquer them—taking on higher jumps, climbs, and abseils. Each step pushes my limits, proving that growth comes from embracing the challenge. Also no one knows that I'm swearing constantly in my head when I do it.... well maybe they do now.
