1,333 computers en route to Kenya 🚚 Through the combined efforts of The Turing Trust, our donated computers - along with all necessary peripherals - have been packed into a container and are now en route to Kenya. Through their partnership with Habitat for Humanity International, the Thika Alumni Association and The Red Rubber Ball Foundation, The Turing Trust are able to set up IT labs in dozens of schools utilising donated IT equipment, facilitating access to digital learning for students for the very first time. To ensure sustainable, quality IT education they also train teachers in digital pedagogy, networking and IT maintenance, maximising both the social impact and the lifecycle of donated equipment. Thank you to the entire team at The Turing Trust for the heavy lifting, and to everyone involved in helping empower the students through technology.

The Climate Reality Project is a non-profit organisation dedicated to catalysing global solutions to #climate challenges and policy initiatives. This year, BIP UK and BIP xTech participated in the Climate Leadership Training held in Rome from June 28-30.
