We are hiring. Modern Apprenticeship Vacancies Fabricator Welder Blake Group is currently looking to fill two Modern Apprenticeship positions. We are a company servicing the Energy/Construction Sector for over 85 years, specialising in Oil Storage Tanks, Structural Steel, Balustrades, Juliet’s, and Architectural Steelworks. About the Role: As an apprentice with Blake Group, you will be joining a long-established organisation where you will be provided with training and support to develop valuable skills, earn qualifications and the opportunity to establish yourself as a valued member of the Company. The programme will follow the Apprenticeship Framework attending college as required whilst we support you working towards completing a Modern Apprenticeship SVQ Level 6 Fabricator welder. When not at college, you will develop your practical skills in our various workshops. Key Requirements: ·      National 5’s in English & Maths at C and above. A science/tech subject would be advantageous. ·      Or an NC or equivalent. ·      Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to multitask required. ·      Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be reliable, conscientious and enjoy working as part of a team.
