We’re excited to share that we have secured #planning consent for our 21-storey #residential development in Stevenage! This development forms part of our seed development pipeline of more than 1,000 homes across Stevenage, Cardiff and Sheffield. Stevenage Borough Council has approved our plans to redevelop the former New Look store at 9-11 The Forum to provide 225 high-quality rental apartments. The #development will include fantastic amenities, including residents’ lounges, co-working spaces, a high-quality gym, bike parking and 24-hour concierge. Construction of the building, which has been designed by 5plus architects, is expected to start in early 2026, with completion due in the middle of 2028. We’re looking forward to starting work at the site and providing exceptional rental homes for our residents in Stevenage, as the town continues its ambitious £1 billion #regeneration initiative. #realestate #BTR #buildtorent
