On Sunday I spent an evening at White Post Farm, Newark taking part in a Goat Yoga class with my wife Lara (belated Mother's Day present & coincidentally Father's Day). Supposedly, it has been proven to improve mental and physical health, but aside from anything it was hilarious! What a fantastic start to March! As of today, I have taken the plunge and established my own consultancy BM Civil Engineering Ltd.
