Recruiting: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Ibstock, Leicestershire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing site budgets from cost planning through to project completion, ensuring expenditures stay within budget, and coordinating subcontractors and resources. You’ll work closely with project teams to maintain efficient site operations and reduce non-productive costs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential construction, excellent numerical and communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
