Are you still wondering about the answer to our last poll?   Two weeks ago, we asked “In how many of those incidents was the perpetrator of sexual harassment, bullying or abuse a third party, rather than another member of staff?” from the same TUC poll in May 2023.   The majority of voters last week were correct - the answer was 39% of sexual harassment, bullying or abuse incidents in the workplace were committed by a third party, not another employee. 🤯   We have a third and final question for you from this poll! What percentage of those incidents of sexual harassment, bullying or verbal abuse (from the same TUC poll from May 2023) happened over phone or text messages?   In a world where a lot of workplaces have access to their emails, text and calls 24/7, we advise employers to include a communications policy in their staff handbook.
