In the UK, epilepsy affects over 600,000 people, which is about 1 in every 100 individuals. For many, seizures can emerge long after the initial trauma, highlighting the importance of ongoing support and awareness. At Brain Injury Group, we work to ensure individuals affected by epilepsy or brain injury have access to compassionate, specialised care and resources. Let’s use this month to raise awareness, educate ourselves and others, and advocate for better understanding and support for those living with epilepsy.
