We founded bread&truffle in 2020 with the mission to create a new sandwich culture to spark a revolution in this stale segment. We're all about pushing the limits of what a sandwich can be and bringing Italian cuisine to the forefront of the sandwich revolution. This is why we started with the decision of making the bread ourselves; operationally, it might seem counter-intuitive, but it is our competitive advantage and also what makes bread&truffle different. At bread&truffle, we believe in transparency; we want our customers to know exactly what they're eating, where it came from, and how it was made. We are proving on a daily basis the thesis that a large audience is ready to pay a premium for a better sandwich.
