With a diverse background of over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, events and client account management, Erica's creativity and knowledge make her a valuable asset to our team and clients. Erica has a passion for history and historic homes, having completed a BA in Interior Design and a Masters in Art History. She has also published a range of children's books and regularly blogs about the history of Wales. When she isn't writing, you will find her in the gym or visiting heritage sites across the country. Helping Hern & Crabtree stay ahead of the pack. Hern & Crabtree is a leading estate agent based in Cardiff. We've been working with them to help refresh their brand identity, enriching it with a personality that reflects their culture and values. This project has been more of an evolution rather than a total transformation. We were conscious of protecting the valuable brand assets Hern & Crabtree had established through their rich history. Still, we also wanted to provide an asset that moves the business forward. Along with refreshing the visual identity, we've helped with tone of voice guidelines to ensure the brand voice is understood throughout the business and by supporting marketing partners. We're in the middle of helping a client launch a new brand that provides professional services to coastal communities. During the project's early stages, we explore textures and colours for use within the brand identity.
