How does your business impact nature? In what ways does your work rely on nature? Understanding the answers to these questions can help you minimise negative impact, take positive action and build business resilience. The Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) provides a framework to do just that. Businesses can use the TNFD as a tool to integrate nature into their business planning, decision-making and risk management processes. Bristol residents can now invest directly in projects that deliver positive environmental and social impact across Bristol. Abundance Investment have launched Bristol Climate Action Investment. Together with Bristol City Council, they are offering locals a chance to directly support green initiatives while earning a financial return. In this blog, Matt Reeves from Abundance shares how Bristol residents can get involved with as little as a £5 investment https://buff.ly/dljZeGP This work was made possible by funding from the EU’s Horizon Europe Climate Neutral and Smart Cities Mission as part of the Net Zero Investment Co-innovation Lab – a project led by Bristol City Council, funded by the European Union, which aims to create a series of financial mechanisms to speed up and increase investment in climate action and support zero carbon business growth.

Youth Climate Action Fund: Apply by 9am, Monday 31 March. Organisations can apply for between £800 and £3,500 to fund a youth-led climate project in Bristol, after Bristol City Council secured a second grant. The project must be new and not a continuation of an existing project, and take place between April and 31 October 2025. Find out more:

A transition to more sustainable transport can help improve people’s everyday lives, but only if done in an inclusive way. The election for the new West of England Mayoral Combined Authority metro mayor is being held on 1 May.
