Look at the progression at Bury St Edmunds🔥 The complete programme spans just 13-months, as opposed to 18-months for traditional brick and block build from breaking ground, with the installation rate at an average of 15 UNisystemLB panels per day. A site visit acompanied by some beautiful autumn weather this morning down at Weston Homes Plc Dylon Riverside development in Sydenham. I have to say Liam and the team at Dylon are delivering a great scheme and the build is looking fantastic and offers some lovely views. Really looking forwards to working with the team and helping deliver the final block of the project in the coming months.

British Offsite Limited is supporting Weston Homes’ accelerated delivery of 171 homes in the centre of Bury St Edmunds. The Tayfen Court project involves the installation of 513 UNipanelLB panels for external walls, 397 UNiwallLB panels for internal compartmentalisation, and the UNifloor system, all integrated to form UNisystemLB. It was an absolute pleasure today to be welcomed to Falcon Tower Crane Services Ltd . Steve, Brad and Rupert provided a great level of hospitality to us all today whilst also sharing their wealths of knowledge. The day has been extremely insightful, interesting and above all engaging. Today we experienced operating a tower crane which was a brilliant opportunity, even if I did get a little wobbly whilst going up to the top via the many ladders. (shouldn’t have looked down). We were given a guided tour of their state of the art paint shop and their fabrication department where new innovating ideas are brought to life. They are always striving to increase safety and with the end user at the forefront of thier thoughts. Thank you for all the knowledge brought to the table today and for allowing us this opportunity to increase our understanding of this key area of the business.
