Last week our Multicultural Network invited colleagues to participate in a day of fasting, or to eliminate something from their diet, followed by a Grand Iftar in our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices to enjoy some traditional cuisine together to break the fast. Jennah Qayyum, Co-Chair of our Multicultural Network said: "Colleagues' openness, engagement and willingness to step into the experience of fasting - if only for a day - demonstrates the importance of allyship and understanding in the workplace. It was truly inspiring to see so many colleagues take part and engage in meaningful conversations about Ramadan and Islam. I'm proud to be part of a firm that actively values diversity, inclusion and respect for different cultures and faiths." #BeingBrodies #WorkingAtBrodies #BrodiesPeople
