The ideal candidate will be managing a team of 10, must be proficient in Tekla, have proven management experience, and be an excellent communicator. They will be responsible for coordinating the design process through the drawing office, ensuring compliance, programme, and in house details are coordinated. Checking drawings, calculation packages, managing design staff and scheduling. Championing internal processes and procedures alongside continuous improvement of same.
