We are proud to celebrate our team members who have recently completed Forte Future Leaders at Brown's Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel. The delegates started their journey on October 2023 and went through nine modules, each aimed at developing specific competencies that contribute to effective leadership. Apart from attending the workshops, they were given plenty of on-the-job learning assignments where they looked for or created opportunities to practice what they learned in the workshop to their work. Before graduation, each of our delegates presented their proposal for an initiative that addresses people, product, profit, process improvement and/or the planet. It is delightful to see how much they have grown in ten months and we are excited to see where this path will lead them!
