Breaking Rabies Boundaries with Butternut Box this World Rabies Day! 🐾 As we approach World Rabies Day on 28 September, we are thrilled to announce our partnership with fresh dog food company Butternut Box | B Corp to support our global efforts in improving the lives of dogs everywhere 🌍🐕 Together, we share a vision where every dog is safe, happy, and healthy. Many of us have seen roaming dogs on our travels—some with owners, some without—living vastly different lives than our furry friends at home. Unfortunately, overpopulation and disease, such as rabies, are major challenges for these dogs, particularly in countries like Thailand. The Chonburi Project 🇹🇭 With Butternut Box’s support, the Dogs Trust Worldwide team are able to fund a Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate, and Return (CNVR) programme in Chonburi, Thailand, delivered by the amazing team at Soi Dog Foundation. This initiative will help neuter and vaccinate 40,000 dogs over two years, reducing overpopulation and preventing the spread of diseases like rabies—a disease that tragically takes thousands of lives each year. Together, we are breaking rabies boundaries by showing our commitment to creating positive, sustainable change for dogs in regions where they need it most, and this partnership with Butternut Box is a step toward a future where all dogs can live happy, healthy lives. And believe me, we had SO MUCH fun working on this project - from designing the recipes using dog food and thinking of countless dog puns, to keeping the whole project a secret from Barry, every part worked perfectly… and our community LOVED it!! One of the things that makes Butternut such a fantastic place to work is our incredible squad 💛 Every year, we come together in person at the 🎪Great Butternut Get Together🎪 to celebrate our achievements and create lasting memories 🎉 This year, we celebrated with food from some of our International locations including Belgian waffles 🇧🇪 , German Bratwurst 🇩🇪 , Polish cocktails 🇵🇱 and more. Our squad enjoyed a variety of activities, from pet illustrators and fairground games to a wandering band, fortune tellers, a magician, with the highlight of the day being our guest DJs. Watching our squad members take to the decks and show off their DJ skills was unforgettable 🎶 Our international teams were also treated to a behind-the-scenes tour at Rudie's Kitchen to see where the Butternut magic happens 🇬🇧 We’re already counting down the days to next year’s Great Butternut Get Together – WOOF! 🐾

A warm hello from the team behind the new Fresh cat food company, Marro! We believe cats deserve better, so we created better. Our collective of cat lovers (pictured below) first met at Marro’s sister company, Butternut Box | B Corp – famed for cooking Fresh food for dogs. The company always dreamt of doing the same for cats. So, after seeing the powerful health benefits and happiness (and tastiness) that a gently cooked, human-quality, Fresh diet brought dogs, we knew we had to make it happen. This ambition coupled with a lack of innovation and imagination across the category led to eight years of testing and perfecting to bring you the Fresh, tasty, meaty Marro of today. Why the name Marro, you ask? Easy, it’s the sound your cat makes when it wants something tasty.
