#openScopesAfrica - Day 2 Hands on with the openFrames building and disassembling the microscopes and getting to grips with #MicroManager and #FIJI. The three openFrames covered different modalities including #EasySTORM, OptoLED multicolour fluorescence, stage automation, #arduino control, and #Aura condenser-free phase contrast.
