An exciting couple of weeks as we continue our partnership with 55/Redefined to grow and deliver our age-inclusive strategy. This year, Nick Harding, our Chief People Officer, shared how Canada Life UK has started to take a different approach to address the talent shortages we have been facing in the Isle of Man during the Age Pioneer Summit.
