The theme of today’s International Women’s Day is #AccelerateAction, which emphasises the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality. It calls for increased momentum and urgency in addressing the systemic barriers and biases that women face, both in personal and professional spheres, and encourages the acknowledgement and implementation of strategies, resources, and activities that positively impact women's advancement. Today and beyond, let’s celebrate the amazing achievements of the women that inspire us, and Accelerate Action to speed up the rate of progress on achieving gender equality.

This time last week, a number of colleagues from across Carter Jonas were preparing to spend a night under the stars as part of the 2025 LandAid SleepOut. Pictured below are our Oxford team keeping spirits high as they embarked upon the evening at the London event. So far they have raised an amazing £4,436 for the charity, which will go towards supporting young people facing youth homelessness. Well done to everyone that participated!
