Causeway Planning are delighted to be providing planning consultancy advice and services to Hurlington Capital and Q Investment Partners on the delivery of the £80m purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme at 81-88 Beresford Street in Woolwich. The site is located on the edge of the Royal Arsenal Riverside regeneration area within the backdrop of the Grade I listed Royal Brass Foundry, and is a short walk from Woolwich Elizabeth Line station. The scheme will deliver 299 high quality student rooms over 14 floors alongside shared amenity space (including a new roof terrace) and a new community hub for local community groups at ground floor level. Work commenced on the site with the demolition of the former Woolwich Catholic Club building by Beecroft Demolition Ltd in February 2024 and the start of construction works by CField Construction this month.
