MHFA England recommend MHFA Refresher training every three years, and particularly if we consider how much life has changed for all of us since 2021! Yesterday we had another (very smiley) meeting of our advisory board 😊 Our focus yesterday was how we can best support both the individuals and leaders with their health and wellbeing challenges. We discussed what the main challenges are locally, how we can make connecting and working with us easier, and the ways our values align with organisations. We have lots of exciting things coming up including more open sessions, new services (no wellbeing topic is off the table for us!) and more easily accessible support.
