About us

We are a Sheffield-based mental health and wellbeing provider, helping local organisations take a proactive approach to the health of their teams. We deliver science based expertise in a human way. Our product suite includes; Mental Health First Aid training, Online recorded training, Health & Wellbeing focus talks, Cancer workplace support and Guided interactive sessions. All work provided by Cavendish Wellbeing funds therapy at Cavendish Cancer Care, a Sheffield independent charity supporting local people affected by cancer. Our mission is to: Support local workers to proactively consider their health and wellbeing with a view to living well and content Support local organisations to have sustainable business with healthy and engaged team members. Our strength is delivering our 30+ years of wellbeing expertise in a caring and optimistic manner, with a touch of Yorkshire humour too.

    What an incredible morning at the CavClub event yesterday! 🌟 We couldn’t be more thrilled with the turnout—it was fantastic to see so many friendly faces, old and new! A massive shout-out to Freeths Sheffield for not only providing a beautiful venue but also an absolutely delicious breakfast spread. Pancakes, croissants, fruit—plus all the vegan and gluten free options you could ask for! Who says wellbeing can’t start with a treat? 🥞🍓 And a big thank you to Chloe Angus 🌱 for running the session with such warmth and insight. Chloe guided us through a hands-on, interactive workshop that really got us thinking about our wellbeing habits and how to make positive changes that actually stick. The energy in the room was amazing, and the conversations around wellbeing were so inspiring! We explored how wellbeing looks different for everyone, and some of the self-care tips were nothing short of brilliant. One that really stood out was scheduling “white space” twice a week—making time to switch off and recharge. And someone even mentioned they had a 10-minute bath at 2pm, and it was the best thing they did all week. How brilliant is that?! 🛁 The key message that came through today was that wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive, focus on what works for you right now. It’s not about fancy retreats or costly classes (though we love those too!). Wellbeing can be as simple as: - Taking a 10-minute walk to clear your head - Grabbing 10 minutes of silence when the day feels overwhelming - Or watching your favourite murder mystery to help you relax 🔍🕵️♂️ Another big takeaway? You can absolutely excel in your job and still make time to prioritise your wellbeing. It’s about living well now, not just working ourselves to the bone until retirement. Today’s event made it clear that we all deserve to live well while we work. If you couldn’t make it today, don’t worry!     🚶♀️🌄 Our incredible Corporate Wellbeing Manager, Chloe Angus 🌱 is swapping the office for the outdoors as she takes on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge with her brother, Nathan Angus! They’re taking on this 24-mile trek to raise money for Cavendish Cancer Care inspired by their dad’s recent battle with prostate cancer. 💙 Chloe might be more familiar with running wellbeing sessions, but this adventure is new territory – and while Nathan’s not much of a hiker, his determination is second to none! 💪 They’ve already raised over £2k, but we know they can go even further with a little help from us all. 🥳 Let’s get behind them and show our support!     Our very own Corporate Wellbeing Manager, Chloe Angus 🌱, is taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks later this month with her brother Nathan Angus. Day to day, Chloe runs Cavendish Wellbeing, our wellbeing arm which raises vital funds by offering training and informational sessions to local businesses. But she loves putting on her walking boots, getting out in the fresh air and spending time with her dog, Bella. This year, their father Paul Angus was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and his diagnosis motivated them to do the challenge - the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Even though Chloe is an avid walker, this will be new teritory and longer than she's done before. On the other hand, Nathan does not hike...but he is driven and loves a challenge! Thank you both for taking on this challenge to raise vital funds for Cavendish, already raising nearly £2k!
