A big thank you to all, CBRE NI, David Wright and Rory Kelly, and M7 Real Estate Ltd and James Smith MSCSI MRICS Msc, for facilitating a practical measurement exercise with our Ulster University Real Estate students. The students were given the opportunity to calculate the Net Internal Area (NIA) of the recently fully refurbished office building located at 20 Adelaide Street Belfast, a prime city centre location with excellent amenities nearby. This invaluable practical has helped improve students’ spatial awareness skills and their ability to capture critical dimensions to help calculate the floor area.
