Last week I had the pleasure of attending the 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 in Amsterdam, a three-day event focused on the digital evolution of Customer Centers. It has been an inspiring chance that provided not only invaluable insights 💡 into industry trends, but also an incredible opportunity for some healthy networking 🤝.
