The Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) Scotland represents 110 civil engineering companies across Scotland. Our members range from large multinational PLCs delivering major infrastructure projects to SMEs delivering smaller civils works in their communities. Our members collectively carry out up to 80 per cent of all civil engineering activity in Scotland, in the key sectors of transport, energy, communications, waste and utilities including electricity and water.
