🚨 Athletes 🚨 This is the single biggest mistake you can make... You sign the deal. You immediately start building your lifestyle. You realize that 6 -12 months down the road those things don't matter. Life will change a lot from 18-30 years old and you need to consider that when it comes to your money. The thing you thought was important at 18, you won't care about in a few years. The thing you never once thought of at 18 will be your highest priority at 30. Remember, the goal is to be able to live the same lifestyle after your playing career ends.

🧠 #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek 🧠 Zak was a person that I attached to immediately. I’m still in contact with him today, he Infact, sent me this video. I saw myself in him, I knew we could help eachother. As Men, we need to have a role modelling figure to teach us how to show vulnerability. The ability to be vulnerable is so powerful to those around us. 💙 As coaches, we are secondary attachment figures to our athletes. They need to trust us and we need to be role models.🫂 Zak is now taking his first steps into coaching. I shall be supporting him and following his career very closely. ⚽️ He will make a great role model and I know will be a top young coach in the coming years. #Coaching #BBC
