We’re Clementine, and we’re a mindset company. Our mission is to help women overcome mental wellbeing struggles like stress, anxiety and poor sleep, and build up their self-belief by shifting mindsets from ‘I can’t’ to ‘I can’. We support women by offering digital access to cognitive hypnotherapy; a type of therapy that can transform thoughts, feelings and behaviours by teaching the brain more positive thought patterns. We support progressive brands to build more holistic and transformative mindset experiences for their customers.   • A Ta-Da! List.⁠ ⁠ Not my idea Katie Tucker the author of Do Penguins Eat Peaches? She shared her end of day Ta-Da list and I was like, I need this. I've added it to our bio in the 'Good Reads' section so check it out.⁠ ⁠ Here's what normally happens...You start your day/week full of good intentions. Then life happens. Meetings. Emails. Hormones. Annoying people. A million little things. By the end of the day, all we see is what we didn’t do.⁠ ⁠ So here’s a thought. Before you collapse onto the sofa tonight, make a Ta-Da!   • How do you name a brand? For me, it started with a bag of clementines. 🍊 To start with I enlisted the support of @Martin Lawless, whom I trusted as I'd seen his amazing branding work at a previous business. He set out a process whereby we got under the skin of what this brand was that was in my head. He asked us to bring along an everyday item that we felt depicted this new brand. Someone brought in a mug. Someone else brought in their headphones. I don’t remember everything people chose. But I brought in a bag of clementines. Why? Because when I was at work, these were always with me. Satsumas, mandarins—never oranges (too much faff to peel). They became my fidget toy. I’d peel them slowly, methodically, taking off every bit of pith, stacking the pieces in little piles. It was therapeutic, especially when I was anxious. Which was often—especially in meetings. And that’s exactly what Clementine is about. ✨ It’s portable—something you can always have with you when you need it. ✨ It brings comfort, joy, and a sense of safety. ✨ It’s just good for you. Oh, and of course—it's also a beautiful name. We wanted our brand to feel like a real person, someone warm, familiar, and reassuring. That’s how we named Clementine. It wasn’t about picking a trendy name. It was about finding something that felt right. That was right. Curious—how did you name your brand?   • This programme is life changing...Our first cohort ran from September to November 2024, and the feedback has been nothing short of extraordinary.
