Wow. We've made it to the COHO Innovation Fest: Final Day! And we've got not just one... not just two... but 3 things to announce! 💼 New Feature: Commercial Tenancies 💼 Have commercial tenancies? COHO can now elegantly handle it, setting the rent VAT amount. When adding a tenancy you'll now be able to mark it as a commercial tenancy, setting the business name and main contact, along with setting how much VAT (if any) is on the rent. Any VAT will pull through into your finances and Xero if it's connected. 🗓️ New Enhancement: Payment Terms 🗓️ Do you have tenancies with set payment terms in place, and COHO keeps telling you the rent is overdue? Not any more! When creating a rent schedule you'll also be able to set how many days in arrears they pay. No more seeing "overdue" on rents that aren't expected to be paid until the end of the month! 📢 New Enhancement: Dashboard Actions 📢 We've upgraded our dashboard to include how many actions you have to do, breaking it down to ones assigned to you, and across the whole company. To make it even more helpful we've also specifically split out the ones related to certificates ⭐⭐⭐ We hope everyone has enjoyed COHO Innovation Fest 2024... and we've further demonstrated just how much COHO listens to our users. COHO Innovation Fest: Day 8! We've dropped a highly demanded feature for agents. 🤩 New Feature: Rightmove Integration 🤩 Are you an agent with a Rightmove account? Using COHO's Tenant Find panel you can now push your listings out to Rightmove, and have all of the leads brought back in to the system. We've also done some early work on improving our "leads" bit, allowing you to manually add your own leads from phone calls or website enquiries you have. You can now add your API key and push all of your listings to Rightmove. You can set the API key within the Tenant Find settings, and push your availabilities one by one.
