The roles are voluntary, with a commitment of four full board meetings a year, plus occasional interim meetings as needed. This document is key to you being accountable for the collections in your care and a requirement for Accreditation. Attendees will submit their current procedures manual in advance for constructive discussion with a small group of participants from up to six museums. Policies will be circulated in advance so that all attendees have time to review the policies ready for discussion.
