We’re excited to share this film for the Dundashill Development at Platform 3, Glasgow - a project which has sustainability at its heart. Since its completion in May 2024, Dundashill, Platform 3, has not only become Scotland’s largest residential Passivhaus project, but is also a symbol of what’s possible when architecture is designed with people, place and planet in mind. The development offers 90 mid-market rent homes, all designed to dramatically reduce energy bills and carbon footprints while ensuring comfort and affordability for residents. This project represents a new era of housing in Glasgow. It’s more than just a place to live; it’s a statement about what’s possible when we take a holistic approach to design. With solar panels, air-source heat pumps, and cutting-edge Passivhaus technology, the homes are energy-efficient, sustainable, and built to last. We’re proud to see the wider Dundashill strategy already earning recognition for its sustainability and regeneration efforts, and we’re excited about the long-term impact it will have on the North Glasgow community.
