We’re excited to share this film for the Dundashill Development at Platform 3, Glasgow - a project which has sustainability at its heart. Since its completion in May 2024, Dundashill, Platform 3, has not only become Scotland’s largest residential Passivhaus project, but is also a symbol of what’s possible when architecture is designed with people, place and planet in mind. The development offers 90 mid-market rent homes, all designed to dramatically reduce energy bills and carbon footprints while ensuring comfort and affordability for residents. This project represents a new era of housing in Glasgow. It’s more than just a place to live; it’s a statement about what’s possible when we take a holistic approach to design. With solar panels, air-source heat pumps, and cutting-edge Passivhaus technology, the homes are energy-efficient, sustainable, and built to last. We’re proud to see the wider Dundashill strategy already earning recognition for its sustainability and regeneration efforts, and we’re excited about the long-term impact it will have on the North Glasgow community. Celebrating our 2025 RIAS Awards shortlist: Ellengowan Regeneration by Collective Architecture Ellengowan Regeneration replaces 124 post-war homes, with a mix of flats, houses, and a corner shop that focus on maintaining the green, leafy character of the existing development, to respect and preserve the strong sense of local community. Designed to make the most of the steep site, all of the scheme’s living spaces enjoy stunning views over the Tay to Fife. Phase 1, completed in Spring 2023, includes 70 dwellings and a kiosk. Phase 2, which will add 60 more dwellings, is scheduled to start on site in early 2026. Public artwork by Tom Pigeon features at each entrance, adding a unique cultural touch to the development.
