We currently have 2 opportunities to tender available. One for a Public Appointments Adviser (PAA) and other as a Diversity Consultant. Any questions about either opportunity and notes of interest should be with us by this Friday 9th August and all questions and answers will be sent to everyone who has noted interest on Wednesday, 16th August. Tenders should then be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 30th August. Link to PAA opportunity: https://lnkd.in/eQy-jHXB Link to Diversity Consultant opportunity: https://lnkd.in/ei94FukG

A reminder that notes of interest in our tendering opportunities should be submitted by Friday 9th August. Anyone noting interest (this is optional and is simply noting interest - there is no obligation to then submit a tender) will receive details of any questions asked and the answers on Wednesday 14th August. Tenders should be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 30th August. https://lnkd.in/eQy-jHXB https://lnkd.in/ei94FukG For some inspiration - here is what some of our current PAA's think about the work that they are involved in.

Commissioner for Ethical Standards reposted this
Later this year we will have two opportunities to tender with us on different aspects of our work. One will be an ongoing contract providing advice on great recruitment practice as a Public Appointment Adviser (https://lnkd.in/eHpjbxDK) and the other is a one-off project to refresh the diversity strategy (https://lnkd.in/eeYFMse8) to improve the diversity of Scotland’s public body boards. If you think that you might be interested in either of these, please get in touch to have your name added to the register of interest and we will let you know when the opportunities go live. Please also share with any relevant networks or with anyone you know who might be interested.
