Business that works better for everyone. And the planet.
About us
Common Objective (CO) is a technology company whose mission is to create a business case for sustainability. The negative impact of industry on climate and biodiversity is accelerating, with "no credible pathway to 1.5°C in place” (UNEP Emissions Gap Report, 2022) Urgent action is needed by businesses across supply chains to address this. CO tech is designed to support any business or business network to accelerate action on the UN SDGs, creating clear commercial incentives for doing so. In 2018, CO launched a sourcing and intelligence platform for the fashion industry with the goals of supporting and incentivising sustainability best practice. The platform now reaches 63K members from 28K businesses, from H&M to the Kering Group, Nike, Pentland, Uniqlo, Inditex, and M&S, plus thousands of suppliers and SMEs. In 2023 CO was ranked no 11 in BusinessClouds UK top 50 most innovative retail tech firms, alongside Depop, Lyst, and Farfetch. www.commonobjective.co
