Enhancing outdoor learning 🏫🌱 Stockport Grammar School’s new pre-school was built with outdoor education in mind. The building was designed with large bi-fold doors and is nestled in a beautifully landscaped space, with diverse natural environments to aid sensory learning. Our job was to install a Bauder Flat Roofs green roof, creating a habitat for wildlife, as well as bringing a whole host of other benefits including insulation and rainwater absorption. Roof refurbishment 🔨 We’re starting work at Aldi UK’s regional distribution centre in Bolton where we’re removing the skylights and replacing the roof with Kingspan Group. The facility encompasses 611,250 sq ft of warehousing and offices and features a floor dedicated to the Academy, Aldi’s recruitment and training department.

We could tell you that we’ve been doing roofing and cladding for years along with some other boring facts, but we thought it’s better to show you. Here’s a snapshot of just some of the projects we’ve delivered recently. Which is your favourite?

Our team has handed over another completed project this week 🙌 We’ve delivered a Garland UK overclad at the HQ of pharmaceutical manufacturer STADA Thornton & Ross in Huddersfield.

Project completion ✅ We’ve successfully completed a single ply roof installation and vertical slating at Aldi UK Irlam o’ th’ Height. The store has remained in operation throughout the works, providing the local community with uninterrupted access to this valued amenity.

New project 🏗️ We’re delighted to have commenced works on a multi-use commercial building in the heart of the Northern Quarter in Manchester city centre. This much-needed upgrade includes demolishing the existing chimney down to coping stone level, stripping the existing roof and installing new insulation, battens, Marley tiles and gutters.

Our team’s making some much-needed improvements on the Innovation Building at Weeton Barracks, Lancashire. We’ve removed the glass and old gutters before installing a new verge, monoridge and gutters. We can't wait to see the result!
