Carers are the backbone of patient care, but they're often under-resourced and under-supported. Our survey highlights this critical issue, with 96% of carers expressing a need for more time, resources, and education. That’s why we are committed to providing carers with the necessary tools and knowledge to empower them in their vital work.

We have donated $150,000 to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) appeal in response to the humanitarian crisis in the Middle East. The devastation and innocent lives lost across the region, and all humanitarian suffering, is difficult to comprehend. The theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day is a reminder that strengthening our approach to mental health is a key part of building a winning organisation, where everyone can learn, grow, thrive and make a real difference. We’ve taken steps to support the mental wellbeing of all our colleagues - from our employee assistance programme, which is available globally, to training Mental Health First Aiders across our manufacturing plants.
