In follow up to part one yesterday, Samuel Evans continues his reflections on a busy month in the enforcement calendar with his highlights from the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) Annual Conference and the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) Tackling Credit in 2025 Forum. "It’s clear that these events are far more than just dates on a calendar — they’re vital opportunities for growth, learning, and shaping the future of the enforcement industry." #CICM #CreditManagement #CCUAConf2024 #HMCTS #Blog

Happy Birthday to our Head Office & Facilities Manager, Corinne Dowsett. To quote the 1993 D:Ream classic, after an early rendition of what we can only presume was the Happy Birthday song from our Managing Director, Paul Caddy, "things can only get better!" Enjoy your day, Corinne 🎂

Samuel Evans and Chloe M. attended the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) Annual Conference in Leeds earlier today. A great day, with an interesting number of talks, including an update from HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) Development Director, Jason Latham, a pre-legal panel discussion brilliantly chaired by Zakia K. and a Q&A breakout session on the Future of Enforcement with Chair of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association, Alan J Smith FCICM. Attending events such as the #CCUAConf2024 allows our team to keep up to speed on the latest industry updates and developments, address key challenges within the Court system, and provides a good opportunity to network with industry peers and clients alike. Earlier today our team held a coffee and cake morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. It is important to us to be able to contribute to an important cause that provides vital assistance to individuals and families impacted by cancer. A huge thank you to everyone in the team who participated, baked, donated, and helped make the event a success.

Our Director of Business Development, Samuel Evans, delivered a talk at the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM)'s CreditFest Roadshow in Leeds today. Sam's presentation provided an overview of High Court enforcement, emphasizing the advantages of using High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEOs) for Credit Managers. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A that debunked common myths. Thank you to Hays for their hospitality and to Becki Sharpe ACIM for hosting and scheduling a fantastic event. #creditfest24 #cicmcreditfest #Leeds #creditmanagement
