The Whiteley Development, a prestigious mixed-use project in Bayswater, North London, includes luxury residential units, high-end retail spaces, and modern amenities that combine to create a hub of contemporary living and lifestyle. Crofton Interiors were appointed on a design and build basis for Retail Unit R17, the marketing suite of this development. Our primary objective was to create a high-end, contemporary interior that would embody the design language of the residential units above and serve as an immersive marketing experience for potential buyers. Crofton Interiors Completes First Attic Self Storage Project in London Crofton Interiors is thrilled to announce the successful completion of our inaugural Attic Self Storage project. This extensive undertaking involved a significant asbestos removal and demolition program of a distribution warehouse facility, followed by a detailed 28-week fit-out process. The transformation features the installation of a new mezzanine first floor and the formation of two large lift pits designed to accommodate both customers and goods lifts. A key highlight of the project is the installation of a smart access integration system, providing state-of-the-art access control, management, and monitoring capabilities. We also undertook a complete refurbishment of the front façade, incorporating essential lightning protection, as well as developing a spacious car parking area. The 3.7-acre site has been expertly transformed into a 50,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility, meeting the increasing demand for storage solutions across London. This new facility offers a diverse range of storage units designed to accommodate the needs of both domestic and business users, all within a well-lit and welcoming environment.
