When Anglo American secured funding for the Woodsmith Project in Whitby, UK they had a number of hiring challenges ahead of them. In 2020, CSG Talent's Mining, Minerals and Metals team partnered exclusively with Anglo American to support vital hires to facilitate this project, placing 35 roles in an extremely difficult hiring environment. Over the past four years, the project has been underway, and we have continued to work with the team globally, as one of their preferred partners.
