In this role, you'll support our Operations Support Lead in ensuring that all internal and client-facing activities are carried out to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: As an Operations Administration Assistant, you'll ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing consultancy service requests and contract initiation, coordinating team training for compliance, and formatting and issuing Monthly Client Reports. You’ll also handle the onboarding of PSCs, process security clearance packs, manage pass renewals and clearance reviews, and provide crucial support to the Director of Operations and Team Leads. Additionally, you'll attend Monthly Performance Meetings, process EWN/CENs in line with NEC3 guidelines, and keep our Operations Delivery Trackers up-to-date. Flexibility is key, as you'll assist with various tasks to support our team’s success. What We're Looking For: ✅ At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role ✅ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word ✅ NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration ✅ Strong time management and organisational skills ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus but not essential. Most importantly, we're seeking someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure. Interested?
