The larger the impact of your AI, the greater your legal and ethical obligations. ✅ 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: AI technologies are divided into risk categories – from minimal to high-risk as well as prohibited systems. High-risk systems must adhere to stricter standards to protect health, safety, and fundamental rights. ✅ 𝐄𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: AI must produce decisions that are unbiased and transparent. Compliance with GDPR and similar regulations builds trust and reduces the risk of discrimination. ✅ 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: With AI processing personal data, safeguarding privacy and ensuring data integrity are core requirements of the EU AI Act. ✅ 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: AI systems must be designed with clear accountability for all decisions or outcomes to prevent misuse.
