Improve your SharePoint intranet in NYC!    Planning is in full swing for our next Member Meeting in New York this September – and some guest places are available if you’d like to attend. https://lnkd.in/dQmY32m3   Reflecting on what went well in our recent London event is helping to inform our NYC plans – and internal communication and SharePoint are always hot topics among our members. In London this June, the Fresh Intranet team provided their take on this topic in our Tech Lab sessions.    Fresh had surveyed over 500 internal comms folk, who’d stated that they’d like SharePoint to be:    ✔ More attractive: a better user interface (UI).  ✔ Less technical: easier to set up.  ✔ Better analytics: less effort to see how it’s being used.  ✔ Improved tools: for managing the content lifecycle.    And the Fresh team shared how they are addressing these challenges, using:    ✔ User experience enhancements: including custom fonts and centralized page templates.  ✔ AI and analytics: integrating AI-powered features like FreshMind for content chat and search analytics to improve content management and user engagement.  ✔ Integration and automation: enhancing integration with Microsoft Graph, ServiceNow and others, to streamline workflows and reduce duplication.  ✔ Customization: options to make SharePoint less technical and easier to set up.    The aim is to improve employee engagement, simplify content management and leverage AI for a better intranet experience.
