Today's #WeLeadComms honors go to US-based communication leader Jessica Trichilo, SHRM-SCP. Jess is the powerhouse behind Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at Melissa & Doug, has navigated a dynamic career journey from trade show editor to HR leadership.  After a quick stint at a marketing start-up, she took a big chance, and accepted a recruiting role at Melissa & Doug. In her own words: “I've always had a passion for people and matching individuals with roles in my team. Since starting here, I've been fortunate to be exposed to a variety of HR-centric work…now I feel like I've come full circle. Her final piece of advice? “Collaboration is strength. There is always someone in the room who knows more or will spot the typo you glazed over. Mikael L., CSM chez LumApps nous raconte ⬇ 𝗗𝗲́𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘇 𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹'𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲́𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲 𝗮̀ 𝗰𝗲(𝘀) 𝗱𝗲́𝗳𝗶(𝘀) Nous avons créé un poste au sein de l'équipe Customer Management : le Partner Success Manager, dédié aux clients indirects, avec l'objectif de soutenir les actions des partenaires pour suivre la santé de leurs clients et sécuriser les revenus. 3 initiatives ont été engagées : 1️⃣ Des revues de santé régulières pour partager transparence et stratégie : données de satisfaction, adoption du produit, préparation des renouvellements, annonces des nouvelles fonctionnalités et suivi des certifications. 2️⃣ La création d'un format "Customer Days" pour rassembler le temps d'une journée un maximum de clients d'un même partenaire sous forme de club pour du partage d'expériences et de bonnes pratiques. 3️⃣ L'intégration des partenaires sur notre plateforme Customer Success : pour une gestion plus efficace, des informations plus fiables et mieux tracées et un suivi proactif de la santé des comptes. 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗲́𝘁𝗲́ 𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲́𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘀 - 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗲𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶 - 𝗼𝗯𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘂𝘀 ? Les résultats sont au rendez-vous avec une amélioration notable de la satisfaction des clients indirects. Ces initiatives ont permis aux partenaires de renforcer leur position d'expert LumApps avec plus d'autonomie. Ils disposent de toutes les données pour assurer le suivi de la santé de leurs comptes, en transparence avec LumApps.
