The impact of mental health challenges on individuals runs deep, and the effects extend beyond the person, touching their families, friends, and colleagues. In industries like ours, where stress, isolation, and long hours are common, mental health struggles can feel overwhelming and sometimes lead to devastating consequences. This is a topic close to our hearts, which strengthens our commitment to eradicating the stigma around speaking up about mental health. We are dedicated to being part of the solution. By signing up to the Mental Health In Energy Charter, we’ve taken an important step toward prioritising mental health in the workplace. Our newly formed Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee are excited to establish a supportive environment that promotes mental health awareness and encourages open communication. Driving change is not something that can be done alone. It requires a collective effort across the industry. By championing mental health, we can create safer, healthier workplaces for everyone. Changing Minds, Saving Lives. Together, we can make this a reality. #WorldMentalHealthDay #ChangingMindsSavingLives IADC North Sea Chapter | Mental Health In Energy | Mental Health Foundation | Mind | Mental Health Aberdeen (MHA) | SAMH

Last month, Jonathan Smith reached his 5th anniversary with us, first joining as a Management System Administrator, and later becoming Lead - HSEEQ Management Systems. Joining Dolphin Drilling during a pivotal time in the industry, Jonathan faced the challenges of an evolving energy market and company transitions. Through these changes, he’s played a crucial role in managing, updating and processing documents through our management system, conducting staff training and working with external software providers to ensure Dolphin’s management system requirements are met. Jonathan attributes his longevity at Dolphin Drilling to the positive work culture and the supportive team in the HSEEQ department. “Dolphin is the best company I've worked for. Working at Dolphin is a breath of fresh air compared to larger oil companies where colleagues are often just names on a screen. Here, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting nearly everyone, both onshore and some offshore. This personal connection enhances our efficiency and creates a friendly, supportive environment for people to work in. I’m delighted to have been part of Dolphin’s progress and growth over the past five years!” Thank you for all your hard work, Jonathan. #EmployeeAppreciation #WorkAnniversary #TeamDolphin

After over a decade of dedicated service at Dolphin Drilling, it is time to celebrate the retirement of another one of our great team members, Paul Scott, whose contributions have greatly impacted our organisation. Paul has been an invaluable part of the company. Throughout his time here, he has played a key role in supporting regulatory audits, developing guidelines to enhance the use of our systems, optimising maintenance strategies for subsea equipment, and much more. We are grateful for the commitment to excellence and the lasting impact he has made. Karl Wilson BEng AMIMechE, Maintenance & Compliance Manager, has said "During the last 10+ years, Paul has been a pillar of support for all things maintenance. Over the years he's managed and maintained four different systems and has played a pivotal role when migrating from one to the other - all the while providing help to personnel on and offshore. Impossible to replace, he will be sorely missed, but at the same time, all his hard work means he is deserving of his retirement and we wish him all the very best." Some of the team enjoyed a lovely meal at No.10 Bar & Restaurant last week, giving Paul a great send-off. Please join us in wishing him a joyful and fulfilling retirement! #retirement #TeamDolphin
