We hosted our 28th Annual Total Excellence & Quality Awards (TEQ) celebrating our OEM partners exceptional service, innovation & teamwork 🏆 3. Announced two more Great Place To Work UK, accolades - Best Workplace for Wellbeing and for Development, to go alongside our 2024 Best Workplaces for Women and Financial Services & Insurance listings 💙 4. We hosted our third Wellbeing Festival, with lots of stands offering advice, support, awareness & interactive games 5. We hosted an unforgettable, empowering event in celebration of Black History Month 🎤 6. We celebrated Diwali with delicious food, singing & games alongside our Hexaware partners 🎇 7. Attended The Supply Chain Excellence Awards & celebrated being shortlisted for both the Supply Chain Operations Award & the Supply Chain Health & Safety Award 8. Our Global Women’s Network, New & Awaiting Parents team hosted the first ‘Fill Your Cup’ session ☕ 9. Spooktacular celebrations were in full swing for Halloween across Wimbledon, Bedworth & Australia 🎃 10. We’ve just concluded an unforgettable event in celebration of UK Black History Month, featuring a panel of leaders who offered thought-provoking insights and shared their powerful personal stories. Led by our Head of ER, HR Delivery and Operations, Patricia Lorde, the event brought together an inspiring group of changemakers: 🎤 Kanya King CBE: Founder and CEO of MOBO Organisation 🎤 Tahlia Gray: Founder and CEO of Sheer Chemistry 🎤 Christina Brooks: Founder and CEO of Ruebik 🎤 Dr Charisse Beaumont (DMus): Chief Executive of Black Lives in Music 🎤 Gabriel A.: Global Partnerships Lead at Chelsea Football Club Each panellist offered a unique perspective on their personal journey and the barriers they’ve overcome to excel in their fields. They reflected on how they’ve carved out space and created opportunities for Black people, people of colour, and other marginalised groups, inspiring us all to think about how we can continue breaking down barriers in our own spaces. In their words: - 'Learning is doing; we all have learning to do, and it’s essential to create something for everyone to be a part of.' - 'Our personal experiences shape our leadership; authenticity and respect for diverse backgrounds are crucial.' - 'Being the first doesn’t always feel good, but someone has to do it; we have a passion to drive change.' - 'We must carve out opportunities and give space for fresh ideas and voices from underrepresented communities.' - 'Active allyship is essential; we must ensure that all voices are heard, particularly those of women and minorities.'
