Formed in 1999, we are a well-established SME and a highly respected learning, training and assessment organisation. We operate within the financial services sector, but our capabilities and experience extends across all sectors where development of digital learning capabilities, leadership, management, sales and customer service excellence is required. DSW Apprenticeships is part of the DSW business family and has established itself as the fastest growing End Point Assessment Organisation in the UK, having formal Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) approval to currently assess 30+ Apprenticeship Standards. Credentials: We deliver on average 10,000 days' training each year to blue-chip clients through a database of more than 850 highly-qualified associates. A proud learning partner of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), we have previously delivered in excess of 220 annual learning events on their behalf to Financial Services and General Insurance organisations. Considered to be experts in the regulatory space, we design, deliver and resource Risk and Compliance programmes on behalf of Banking and Insurance clients, previously deploying 250 associates for one project alone. 🏆 Nationwide Building Society in collaboration with DSW, launched the People Manager Programme to enhance the leadership skills of 2,000 managers. Combining e-learning and workshops is now a core part of their training strategy. The programme earned a 95% recommendation rate and won the 2024 Enterprise Collaborator Award.
