Their expert advisors will be supporting our project teams to maintain safe, compliant environments at the Roseland Park and Crematorium, and Woburn developments, so that we can continue to deliver excellence on behalf of Bolsover District Council.

We were delighted to welcome the new Bolsover District Council Leader Jane Yates, Chief Executive Officer Karen Hanson and members of the new Cabinet and Junior Cabinet including Cllr Tom Munro, the new Portfolio holder for Growth to the Roseland Park and Crematorium development today. Work is now well underway with partners BENCHMARK ARCHITECTS, WhiteleyEaves Ltd and PHILLIPS BRICKWORK LIMITED to create a new state-of-the-art facility for the area. The site will include an innovative wake building, that ensures guests have a dedicated space for reflection and support, beautiful-landscaped gardens and convenient refreshments and floristry outlets.

Beautiful brickwork from PHILLIPS BRICKWORK LIMITED at the Roseland Park and Crematorium development in Shirebrook. Site is snowy and soggy, but teams are fully re-mobilised on site following the Christmas break, and more landscaping will soon be underway to ensure that the beautiful gardens are established ready for project completion in late Spring 2026.
