Having a clean vehicle is one of the simplest but most important things you can do to drive safely. Any grease build-up on a windscreen and mirrors will increase light glare and distort driver vision, particularly when driving after dark as the nights start to draw in. Keeping your vehicle clean maximises visibility at all times. For branded vehicles, a clean, damage-free car or van is also an important reflection of the company's image. #driversafety #drivertraining #roadsafety https://lnkd.in/ecs8_F3J

Video captures the frightening moments where one driver high on cocaine caused a seven-vehicle crash on the M25, leaving a man in his 60s with serious life-threatening injuries. Drivers need to understand that driving, or attempting to drive, while under the influence of drugs can result in a minimum one-year driving ban, an unlimited fine and difficulties travelling to countries like the USA. Our new drink and drug training module is focused on tackling those who might think a small amount of drink or drugs is okay. But the minor inconvenience of leaving your car, van or motorbike and finding an alternative way home far outweighs the damage of being arrested or convicted. Contact us for a demo today at admin@e-trainingworld.com. #drugdriving #drivingsafely #drivertraining #riskmanagement https://lnkd.in/efcRwTg9

BANK HOLIDAY GETAWAY // If you’re heading off this weekend, don’t forget to perform basic safety checks on your vehicle. In summer, windscreens can become covered in dead insects, so ensure yours is clean and you have good visibility. Check your tyres to ensure they have adequate tread depth and look in good condition and check your oil and coolant. Pack plenty of water and other supplies you might need if you’re stuck in traffic for several hours. It’s always better to be prepared. #roadsafety #bankholiday #drivingtips
